We can research Rocketry in 4 turns at +111gpt, and presumably Space Flight in another 4 turns. This means that a 100 shield city (of which we have 3 to choose from) can build Apollo Project 9 turns from now, by starting a prebuild the turn that Rocketry completes. Starting a prebuild any earlier just wastes shields...

Gorina should start on SETI now (should have started it as soon as Computers was researched, 4-5 turns ago, so if Germany has a 100 shield city we could be in trouble), and Aureus should start on the UN. Iron Hills is the other available choice for Apollo. Doing it that way, SETI and UN both finish 10 turns from now, one turn after Apollo. :D

Any discussion?

Oh, BTW Germany could have a shot at being in the space race, though their chances of winning it are poor. The spaceship parts cost multiples of 80 shields, so we have a total of 6 cities which can build them in 2-5 turns each... Or even less turns if something expensive is started as a prebuild.

This sounds like a good idea, to build the SETI in Gorina, UN in Aureus, and Apollo Project in Iron Hills to finish within a turn of each other.

I agree.

Now we only need to convince the people who don't think rationally but according to lines of: "that province already has the majority of the Wonders" , " XXX is my city, so I'd like the wonder there" and "If everyone says 'Yes', then I'll say 'No'. " that this plan is the one we want and need.

In fact it isn't a plan; it's logic.
