  A. JR Process
    1. Begins when a citizen posts a JR request
      a. Request may be denied only on a unanimous decision
    2. Request must be based on question of law
    3. CJ creates discussion thread in Citizen forum
    4. Judiciary meets to consider after min. 24 hours
    5. CJ will post a Majority Opinion and, if needed, a Minority Opinion
  B. PI Process
    1. Request must be based on a question of fact after event

  C. Small Claims Process
    1. May be used for question of fact prior to, or after event
      a. Try to head off problems before they become significant
    2. Single member of Judiciary assigned on rotating basis by CJ
    3. Discussion handled in thread in Citizens forum
      a. Thread created and supervised by presiding Judiciary member
    4. Decision may be appealed to full Judiciary
      a. Both members of Judiciary not involved with case must accept appeal
      a. Intent:  
        1. Prevent the automatic appeal
    5. Keep only small matters in this court
    6. May be used for both DG and RPG issues

  B. When must instructions be posted
    1. 2 hours prior to scheduled start of session

    1. The DP is must follow all legal instructions
    2. The DP must maintain a log of events
    3. The DP must, if an on-line session, provide timely information about the game progress
    4. The DP must, if an off-line session, halt the chat for any significant decision that does not have legal instructions[/color]

    1. Citizens are encouraged to participate in any on-line game play session.

  F. Pre-turn
    1. Actions that are reversible without consequence can be played by the DP prior to the scheduled start.
    2. Once all pre-turn actions are complete, the DP shall post a pre-turn save.
  G. Logging
    1. The DP shall maintain a log of actions during the game play session
      a. This log may be maintained by another person
    2. This log should provide fairly detailed information about the progress of the game play session.
  H. Ending the game play session
    1. The DP shall post a summary of the game play session
    2. The DP shall post a log of the game play session
    3. The DP shall post a final save of the game play session
