Military: Military will be raised by 50's for every economy level. You can increase as many times a turn though remember the cost.

Navy: You will increase these by 3's for every economy level. You may increase as many times though remember it cost money.

Training will also go by numbers. Very Low, Low, Moderate, Well, Very Well, Superior, National Guard

Economy: Economy levels will be called "gold", I am sick of levels. You will start with 2 gold and raise 1 gold every time you dedicate the turn to economy. Improvements will be available to increase the amount of gold you get every time you increase economy, population, government organization and improvements help.

Population goes by levels. Levels increase when I say it does. Each level supports 100 troops. You may increase from improvements, stories, territory owned, and other factors.

Education: This is my most favorite part of NES. Education will determine how fast you can advance in age. When at level 3 education, u may start researching your own technologies and new troop designs and such. Cost depends on your population level, a higher population makes it harder to teach everyone no?
0: Horrendous
1: Slow
2: Dumb- Technology May be researched
3: Backwards-
4: Literate- Limit until Iron Age
5: Illerate
6: Progressive
7: Literate
8: Smart
9: Renaissance
10: Elightenment

Culture is increased by education and stories. They will go by numbers.

Wonders may only be started when culture is at 15.

Approval rating is used and Morale is used as well in the same system though it will be 1 through 5.

You must invent everything for each age like the troops, the only thing you may increase your army is archers. Through technologies.

Expansion will be slow and many barbs will give you challenge.

Invent things, spend an economy to just build farms and houses in a certain place to slowly increase popultaion, do things, I wont be TOO strict on rules but no cheating and it must be realistic. You may invent some improvements though must research it and find out if I approve it. Two improvements are already made below.

-Education has been changed to levels, UNLESS, told otherwise from you guys, it dont matter to me.
-You must say what type of military to increase like "I want 50 archers". Though the only military available is archers, unless you research something different. I have changed the research goal to "Dumb" instead of Backwards. Limit for education is "Literate" and when advancing in age, your education goes back to Horrendous OR Slow maybe depending on culture. Please tell me if its too confusing, I dont think it is. Levels are;
0: Horrendous
1: Slow
2: Dumb- Technology May be researched
3: Backwards-
4: Literate- Limit until Iron Age
5: Illerate
6: Progressive
7: Literate
8: Smart
9: Renaissance
10: Elightenment

-Each economy level increases two levels. MAX ECONOMY IS NOW 3 GOLD, NO MORE

Nomadic herders headed south-east across the Northern Plains. The Ta-Jny and Gios herders saw each other in the distance. They both approached with caution and peacefullness. The Gios leader had a great idea about the lush, fertile land surrounding them. He suggested they build a city from the his men and women. Jyny (the leader of the Ta-Jny herders) hastily agreed and the 2 nomadic hordes combined. These people also had special knowledges and advancements that when combined formed great technologies. Over the next decade the city grew prospurous and very content. Sufficent food supply came in so the city grew into what the civilians proudly called themselves, Tuvans. Their capital was named Kyzyl.

Abd al-Rahman had travelled many years since his family's exile from the ancient, glorious city of Baghdad. For a long time, he travelled west for many miles, across the deserts of his homelands, along the Mediterranean coast, and finally crossing the Straits of Gibraltar to where he stood now. He gazed over a beautiful landscape. This would be the spot where he would begin to build an Empire.

BTW, I will not do anything if you do not write stories, but I will do something if you do, so they are good if you do them, but thier not bad if you dont. You just need to get your orders in, but if you dont get them in I will raise a stat like economy and continue your wonder, so there's no pressure. I will definetly update when I get majority of orders in too.

Around 4050 BC Romulus and Remus founded Rome, and in 4000 BC Espacia proclaimed himself Caesar. He was very militaristic, commercial and loved technology (because he is lazy and likes things to be easy) He knew that science produces things that make things better, so he hired a smart man who was good at mathematics, a new concept at the time. He paid the man to think all day long, also he took his archers and marched them towards the rising sun.
