I am backing the gpt deal, so if China acts up for any reason we won't lose as much gold.

Domestic allows -86 gpt.

Reasons:
1 - reducing the lux-slider gains us more
2 - continous peace with China is to our advantage and 86 gpt should be a big reason for Chinato not start another war
