C3C Intersite Game of Democracy

Would the members of CivFanatics be interested in a C3C Intersite Game of Democracy? CDG is certainly interested in it, as I would suspect are the other 2 (soon to be 3

) eliminated teams of the PTW ISDG. So this thread is basically a test to see if their is any interest for this amongst the CFC community.

The benefits of a Conquests demogame are 1.) many gameplay issues will have been resolved, 2.) now that we've done it once, we can make any appropriate changes to the rules to make them clearer ahead of time, 3.) lots of new bells and whistles in C3C, and 4.) it will involve people from teams previously left out or already eliminated in the PTW ISDG.

yea, that'd be pretty fun. We could even play a conquest, in the Fall of Rome conquest IIRC all human playable civs start equal.

But, do we have enough participants to keep both up, or will the excisting team compete at both ones?

But, as I said, I really like the idea, even the conquest start would be nice, as it would start faster... :thumbsup:

I think that this would be a great idea, but I will not hav C3C in my grubby little mitts until Christmas Day.

I can, however, take part in talks as long as we don't start until the new year. Anyone else here interested?

I'm up for this as well. I'm such a nut I pre-orded this game. I also love the idea of doing the Fall Of Rome conquest.

EDIT: I think someone official needs to go over to CDG and sign us up on the list.

I think it should be Zarn, CG, and DZ as they are the heaviest posters with the most CFC history. They will all add legitimacy to the gain and other players will gravitate towards them.

I would say you chose an influential person. I'd recommended CG for the job, but it's your guys choice.

But seems like I'm the only one interested here...
