INTRODUCTION
Ok, my last RTOR game was not going anywhere with one person so I will do this instead. This may be my last for a while now but I will make this work if everyone else does. This will not die becuase of me, it will only die if you guys let it! This is also about stories and stuff but if you cant realy write a story then its alright. I have also changed the name of my series to stAmirNES and this will be my first one in it, I hope it will last. ;)

EXPANSION
This game starts in the Copper Age, 3000BC, it is better this way, running around in the Stone Age is a waste of time. Expansion will still be slow in a way with many NPC.

ECONOMY
Economy: Will go by levels. If your economy becomes Dead then you must spend 2 turns to recouperate to depression. You must explain HOW you do this aswell if you didn't include it in your story. You cannot increase anything else when increasing economy.
Dead
Depression
Crashing
Recession
Failing
Stable *Limit for now*
Growing
Prosperous
Outstanding
Booming
World Class

CITIES
Cities are only production boosters. They cost one economy to make. You will see how it improves production . They are also defensive structures and have borders, you cannot have two forts in the same border. You will see what I am talking about.

ARMED FORCES
Army: Increases go by 500 plus 100 for every city you have under you control for ne economy.

Navy: Increase is 5 plus 5 for every city you have under your control for one economy.

Training: Very Low, Low, Moderate, Well, Very Well

EDUCATION
This does not go by levels but by how many scholors you have hired. The more scholors working for you, the sooner you gain technologies and the new age. You get 10 scholors +5 for every city you have under your control for one economy.

TRADE
Only starts in Bronze Age when everything is much more organized. This will be more or less the same way as stJNES4. You pay 2 economy levels and gain 1 economy level every 3 turns. You must have a border with the country you trade with. If the trade partner is not at your border then you will need permission to pass through other nation's territory.

MISC.
Culture: Goes by numbers. Does not increase without stories. This shows how polite other NPCs will act toward you when you encounter them and how likely they will be to join you.

Wonders: Only 2 per age. Tell me effects and I tell you when its done.

Government and Religion: Make it realistic, NPC with the same of the two are more nicer and may join you, culture helps this too.

READ THIS BEFORE YOU JOIN!
Updates will be strictly every two days regardless of how many orders I get. The less the better for me but worser for those who didn't do them. I would update every day if I get orders, I wont update every day unless I get ALL orders.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GAME IF; you are going to join and never do orders. If your are going to forget about it. If you realy realy dont have time. If your going to quit on turn 3. I rather have 2 players actively doing orders and participating than 7 players never doing orders and not posting. If orders do not come for your nation after the third turn of no orders then it will become permanant NPC or be destructed by some random event.

Chinese still did not find the cure for a disease that was though to come from the yellow river. England attacks the Whelsh unknown of thier power. The Alaskans rise in North America.

2700BC: The Golden Horde arises in the Black Sea. The polar bears stop attacking Alaska. The Geystralese annex the tribes around them though find the upper class half of it more to the north. The Sibirs find a larger tribe to the north of them. The Indians meet the Sinlahians at a full border. The Japanese tribes form together to be the most powerful military in the world. Wonders:

Two men, brothers to be exact, under the names of Romulus and Remus decided to found a city. That city was Rome. It would be run by a senate. At the head of this senate was the Caeser. After the brothers died a man named Espacia took command. The year is 3000 BC.
After much deliberation between fueding factions, the Caeser gained enough support to get the city functioning again as a single community. The economy rose and the Romans looked to the horizon. Many drempt of those lands being under Roman rule, so eventually some set out. Some went south and some went east, but those who traveled north with the army did the best.

Shogun Aisuke looked out upon his people. Such loyal servants. Loyal completely to himself. Loyal subjects.

The Shogun looked out to the sea. He wondered what was beyond it. Perhaps there were other lands awaiting him. His people knew so little about the world.

"Guard!" the Shogun cried. A guard ran into his stateroom.

"What is it, O great leader Shogun?" the guard asked him.

"Go tell my fleet of 3 Rafts to explore to the south and see if they can find any land," the Shogun told him. "All we know about is this island of Honshu. I want to find more lands!"

"I hear and obey," the guard announced. He then left.

* * *

The captain made ready the 3 Rafts. 2 of the Shoguns rafts were being left behind, in case the 3 exploring Rafts should founder in a sudden storm. The Rafts had 30 macemen each on them. The macemen were there to greet the locals and bring back treasures from any of the islands.

As the Rafts left Kyoto harbor, the people cheered. Some of the ones with family members on the rafts cried, not knowing whether they would return safely...

Update 1: 2900BC

The world has many civilizations in which arise above the other hunter-gatherers. Those nations are;

The English in the Island Above Europe arises as thier King Arthur rules the people through a new Ancient Monarchy. To thier surprise they already have a neighbor. They call themselves the Whelsh.

The newly built city of Rome was built on the Italian Peninsula by two brothers. These brothers more friendlier to each other than normal brothers decide to form a Republic to rule the people. To the north they find word of small tribes known as the Venicians.

The Japanese people build the new city of Kyoto to make thier place in history.Thier people try to make it out to sea but find they cannot with many currents surrounding them. They wonder what is the problem. They never hear of the passengers ever again.

The small people of the Indian Subcontinent join together and form one nation. Under this small Tribal Council they form the new city of Delhi. Many wonder where and how this great city cam to form as it is one of the best in the world.

The Chinese people and thier pottery making ways built the great city of Peking. The land is fertile and make many people as the population grows by the thousands and soon millions. Many talk about this beautiful river that flows beside them though they are not there yet.

The Gestralese form thier city on the tip of Siam. Thier people are happy though do not find a way out of the jungle thier are trapped in. They hope Amon Savag will do the best for them.

OOC: Ok, thats the first update of every two days, the next one will be Tuesday Afternoon-Night. So get your orders in, stories and diplo in. :) If I get all orders by tommorrow night then I may update tommorrow.

NPC nations have no stats, if you need to know them then contact me on AIM, I will add them in the near future when many more appear.

In Rome, Espacia sees that his Rebulic needs a public place where its citizens can get together and discuss ideas or solve debates. It would be called the Great Forum and would be used for many generations to come. From it would spring great ideas (not to mention a few dumb ones) great solutions to century old issues would arise and many would just use it to sell things to the masses, be it ideas or goods. This would be the basis for Rome.
Also rumors from the south told of an island big enough to house a few large cities. So the Caeser sent out that it should become Romes immediately.

ORDERS:
Begin construction of Great Forum of Rome +++Science +Economy
Colonize Sicily.
