What do we need to do to claim our side of the continent? We have to produce 13 Settlers and road 25 tiles. Please take a look at the following plans and let me know what you think.

Also, my apologies to our Minister of Internal Affairs, CivGeneral. I see that he has already begun an Eastern plan that comes very close to mine. I hope that we can work together to make this happen. :)

Since I believe that the East holds more opportunity for growth, I would like to start our settlement plans there. Notice that I list E1 as a potential spot for the Forbidden Palace, but that is another discussion entirely. Also, I have numbered the locations chronologically(E1 is first and so on....)

Now, the North is not as crucial, except for claiming the canal. You will notice that Site N4 is right next to Equilibrium. Apolyton has already informed me of their plans to abandon the city and move it east, granting us the canal.

You will also notice that the north has a much tighter build, mostly due to the prevalence of jungle, but also to claim all available bonuses.

We will trade them silk as they lose their colony.

Btw, we don't need to road the tile west of E2. We can use the tile with the ruin, as it already have a road.

E6 is totally useless for a long time... unless there is a whale or fish there.

On other points, looks good. :)

Nice plans DZ. On the FP though, building it there will take a lifetime, originally I thought of building it in Ju Yaosai so that it could be ready in 30-40 turns and would help 3 cities in the East. It would also be well positioned in case the Palace would be moved at a later stage.

Its a scarry thought that we are starting to think alike  ;).

Anyway, I wont mind adding to my current plans :)

It's good to see many different ideas on this, so this can be argued and discussed well. :)
