The Indian people have been roaming around the Known Region long enough. It is time we settle down in one place and create a great empire. There is a great abundance of fish on the sea and some good cattle land. The first city of the great Indian empire will be called, Delhi. We don't have much gold, ten gold to be exact, but soon we will.

The Indian alphabet is one of our most proudest accomplishments as a people. I have people already working on a way to expand the usefullness of the alphabet. We have started a new practice called Ceremonial Burial, it is a better way to send our love ones to the farplane, when they die.

India has a population of ten-thousand people living in Delhi. We have workers building roads to better move and expand the empire. There is much land that is unknown to us, we must send brave warriors to scout the unknown area. I have already called for a young and courageous warrior willing to help his empire.

A road has been built to the cattle land. It will be easier for farmers to transport their livestock through this road. Many merchants will try to sell their products to the passing farmers, ultimately bettering our economy.

A brave warrior has heard my call for a great adventurer to help the empire of India. He is named, Ehr. I have ordered him to scout the great unknown of the west. With a mighty axe in hand he will greatly help the empire of India.

As a people we are growing, to eighteen thousand citizens. The people are content with my supreme rule over the great empire of India.

-3750 BC-

A messenger sent with Ehr, has reported that he has found a grand river that dumps into the ocean. Around the river exists and enormous abundance of grapes with which to make excellent wines with. All in all, this has been incredible news for me and my people. I have ordered some of my people to start working on plans for a future city site around the grand river. We must take control of that source of fresh water and the grape fields that exist next to the river.

After some brief meetings with my advisors, I have declared the newfound river the Ehr River. Named after the great warrior who first discovered it, I am sure he would be extremely honored with this gesture.

Ehr, has reported more grape fields across the Ehr River. He can see vast forests and good grassland across the Ehr River. I have ordered him to cross the Ehr River and continue his scouting of the unknown west area.

I am informed that they [the people assigned to plan future cities] have been able to establish a possible future city site, with the information that Ehr has given them.

-3650 BC-

Ehr, has crossed the river. There is good game around the surrounding forest, he reports. He has killed the best meal in years. Of course, he will continue on his journey to scout the unknown west area.

-3600 BC-

Most of the area right to the south of us is unknown as well. I have decided to send a warrior to scout around and see what he can find. The warriors name is, Ein. He has already found precious silks in a nearby forest to the south. Those silks, will bring great wealth to the Indian Empire. Ehr and Ein, have both done great deeds for the empire, we are forever in their debt.

-3550 BC-

Ein and Ehr, have both reported seeing small tribe settlements. I have ordered them to serve as my diplomats to these tribesmen. We could learn something from them or they could join the great Indian Empire.

-3500 BC-

Ein, received maps from the friendly Hsung-Nu tribe. The tribesmen also moved to, Delhi. I was honored to have such a friendly people living in my great city. They will be a great asset to my culture, which has grown at a astonishing rate. The maps given to my empire by the Hsung-Nu tribe, show a hill containing gold deposits. I will undoubtely, find a way to get that in my possesion.

-3450 BC-

Ehr, has encountered another friendly Hsung-Nu tribe. He didn't receive much, but the tribe taught him something interesting. Supposedly, earthquakes, storms and other phenomena are signs from heaven. They also said that there is something greater than us that shaped the world. This way of thinking is called, Mysticism. Sounds interesting, I have invited them to live in Delhi and teach us some more about Mysticism.

The biggest news that is circulating the streets of Delhi, is the supposed empire that lives far out to the west of my empire. I have received reports from Ehr, about a probably empire that is about the same size as ours. I never expected this, I only expected to encounter minor tribe settlements like the Hsung-Nu. These people could be hostile, I will need a meeting with my advisors to find out how to best handle the situation.

Ein, has seen, The Desert of Og, that is pictured on the Hsung-Nu maps. I have ordered him not to concern himself with the big desert, he will continue to the hill with the gold deposits.

Ehr, has managed to contact the leader of the neighbouring empire. The leader is called, Montezuma, of the Aztec Empire. I arrange a meeting between me and, Montezuma. I was actually starting to like him, until he called my empire "cute" and "little". I should of stabbed him to death with my sword, right then and there. Yet, I am a forgiving man and will just try to negotiate with him. Maybe, we can be friends one day...maybe.

Ein, has discovered two small lakes. The freshwater that they provide would come in handy for a future city. Ehr, has discovered another river just west of the newly discovered lakes. The two lakes will be called, The Ruron Lakes and the newly discoverd river will be called, The Sie River.

A settling party has been sent to found a second city. It will be located just west of the Ehr River. Workers will help tend the grape fields and make wines that the known world will envy. Soon, my empire will consist of two great cities.

Ein, has stumbled upon another minor tribe settlement, could they be Hsung-Nu? Hopefully, they will be friendly and will teach us something.

Ein, received maps from the friendly Kushans tribe. What is most startling, is that their maps reveal a great empire just to the south, of Ein's position. I must find out who their leader is and arrange a meet with him. These our my neighbours, I must know if they intend to be friend or foe.

Ehr, explores the unknown region around the Aztec empire. I want to know everything about my neighbours and their intentions.

My second city has been founded, I named it Bombay. The wines have already been circulating throughout the Indian Empire. There is nothing sweeter in this world than fine wine...well, maybe a virgin whore...but the point is, I like wine.

Ein, has contacted the newly discovered empire. I have met with, Caesar, the leader of Rome. He was a lot more polite, than the idiot Montezuma. Caesar, does have a weird squinting problem that he should take care of, but he is a fit ruler. We have discussed various issues and at the moment, we won't trade.

I have sent a warrior [named Fei] to explore the unknown area west of Bombay. I may be able to keep expanding westward, if possible. Hopefully, Fei, will find some good land to the west of Bombay.

Ein, will explore the land surrounding the empire of Rome. Ehr, will keep exploring the land surrounding the Aztec empire. Must keep tabs on my neighbours, I hate surprises.

Recently, I have negotiated with Montezuma, we talked for some time and he finally agreed to trade knowledge. I offered to teach him the ideas of Mysticism and in return he tells me the secrets of Bronze Working, plus gives me 10 gold.

I have to say, it was really worth the trade. Bronze is harder and less brittle than copper, and it holds a sharper edge. Tools, weapons, and armor are cheaper to produce and more durable. I will immediately order all future weapons to be made in bronze and not copper.

I have ordered a warrior [Stah] to explore the area southwest of Tenochtitlan, which is the capitol of the Aztec empire. Ein, has found large dye quantities just outside Rome city limits. I must have them for myself.

Fei, has spotted a tribe settlement, very near him. I hope the encounter will go well. Ein, reports that a vast jungle lies south of Rome. It will be a perilous journey through these jungles, I wish him luck.

The Yayoi tribe has taugh us, Warrior Code. This code of behavior stresses such virtues as loyalty, courage, and politeness. The honor of the warrior can only be maintaned if the rules of the code are followed. With this new knowledge our warriors will gain a upperhand on any unlucky foes. I can honestly say, that we are the most advanced empire in the knowed world.

I am proud to announce, that we have a Spearman, from Hsung-Nu origion, defending the capital city of Delhi. I am glad that the minor tribes who have helped us so much already, are now willing to help defend this great empire.

I have placed a warrior named, Poc, to defend the great city of Bombay. The mighty Indian Armed Forces, has five warriors and one spearman. It may not be much, but it is enough to intimidate my neighbours. The Indian treasury has growned to 138 gold, earning approximately seven gold at a time.

I have ordered a temple be built in the city of Bombay. It will bring a much needed hit to the culture of that city, it will cost to maintain, but I think it's worth it in the long run.

Ein, has come across a minor tribe settlement deep in the southern jumgles of Rome. Hopefully, they will be as friendly as all the other minor tribes we have encountered in the past.

Ein, received 25 gold from the friendly Chuzz tribe's settlement. It's not much, but at least they were friendly.

I have sent a settling party to found my third great city. They have gone south of Delhi, and will build around the silk forest. This will ensure silk for the people of India.

The third Idian city has been founded, it is called Madras. It has already produce fine silk to the people of India. It will keep my people happy and produce much needed commerce.

-2190 BC-

The temple in Bombay has been completed. They city throws a celebration for the newly built temple. Ein, has reported a third empire to the south of the Roman empire. It is located a great distance from India, but nontheless I will arrange a meet with its leader.

-2150 BC-

We have finally found a new use for the Indian Alphabet, we have developed Writing. We can create simple symbols and marks, which we can use to keep accounts and inventories. There are infinite amount of ways to use this new way of manipulating our letters. We can replace oral historians as the chief keepers of records, scribes can replace them.

One great use for writing, is making embassies in neighbouring empires. We can then sign Right of Passage agreements and Military Alliances against third parties. Basically, we can begin building our intelligence network.

My scientists have started thinking about the uses for a metal called Iron. At the moment we have no idea how this metal can be usefull, but we will find out.

I have spoken with the new empires leader, there German Empire seems pretty weak. I felt that he was annoyed with me, but who cares what he thinks. Nothing I really want from him at this moment, so I went back to Delhi.

Ehr, has found Gems west of the Aztec empire. It's too far for any seizing at the moment, but I'll keep a mental note about it.

Great Story! But what difficulty is this on... Are the AI incredibly slow or are you just super fast cuz I dont think I was ever able to crank out 3 cities when they didnt even get their second one yet.

Sounds pretty good, but how are you going to remember the names, and where they are? Also, keep writing!

I think he's been able to expand so fast due to the fish and cattle in Delhi's radius. Also, Rome is surrounded by desert, plains, and jungle.
