Well, it might be helpful if people knew what browser eveyone used, because some pages require IE, or Netscape, etc. I hope this is helpful :).

What it should look like:

I see I need to update my Firebird to Firefox.

Perhaps platform might also be relevant. Mozilla Firebird is the preferred browser when I'm in Linux. And Konqueror is the complementary one.

I use IE and don't encounter problems with it that other people do because I customized my security settings. Also as a web developer I need to see how my site looks in different browsers so I have the different browsers on my computer for reference.

Sure Opera and Mozilla have a bunch of features that IE doesn't, but it's really just all bulk for me. Tabbed browsing? No thanks, I don't like it. Mouse gestures? Useless for me.

I used to use Mozilla, but then I got a new computer... Mozilla sure sounds better than Internet Explorer, that's for sure. But mostly I don't care.

I thought Opera was too buggy, which is why I switched to Firebird (and yesterday to Firefox). My bank also accepts Firebird/Fox, but not Opera. Even though some don't like tabbed browsing and mouse gestures, it surely has speeded up my browsing by eliminating 95% of the time I used to spend waiting for pages to load, and such simple solutions.:)

There is a phpBB mod that when you click on the "who is online" button lets you see the OS and Browser of all the users. It's pretty cool like here: http://www.newgnr.com/bbs/viewonline.php

You should upgrade to 7.23. 7.23 blows away 7.11 - a lot of problems that I had were fixed in 7.23
