Welcome to the Foreign Affairs Ministry for Term 3 starting 00:00 GMT on 1 March! Here’s where all matters involving contacts, treaties, war (and peace) declarations, embassies, etc. should be brought up for discussion.

FA Minister: Furiey
FA Deputy: gert-janl

Goals for this term:
1 – To only get into wars that we want to get into.
2 – To build our reputation with our neighbours to maximise our trade and alliance opportunities.

Hopefully we'll have another productive term and make even more contacts – only one more Civ to meet! :D

We have now met all the Civs - the final one being England!

We are now at War with Babylon. They demanded we hand over contact with the Egyptians and as per my instructions our President refused. Not a good start to my first term in office - only 5 turns and we're at war!

Hi. I was at one time the foreign minister of a previous demogame (plus many other things), and I am currently the Foreign Minister of our Multisite Demogame and our Intersite Demogame. If you need any advice, I can help. So can Bootstoots.
 
It's 350 AD and our criteria for making peace with Babylon have been met - our 20 turn alliance with Russia has finished and Babylon will give equality or better.

I'm very honoured that I can serve as the deputy Minister in this wonderful office. I thank the current minister for his approval, and I hope we can lead Fanatica through the misty world of diplomatics peacefully.
 
My Lord Minister,

While conducting our recent census of Fanatica, we noticed several settler pairs from India in or near our south-eastern borders. What are your intentions on dealing with them? I would hate to see some of our valuable land going to them.

Thank you for reminding me - as although these Settlers are being sucessfully blocked at present I have been intending to restart the discussion on dealing with territory incursions. Pervious disccusions on this subject led to the present instructions of not even asking intruders to leave and both Babylon and India are at Remove or War. I hope that we will soon be able to settle the remaining locations ourselves, and have been somewhat sidetracked into proposing settlement locations and province boundaries. I will restart the discussion before I start playing with my map again!
