Poll: T&T - Should we obtain Construction through trade and when ?

This poll is about Construction. In the link you can see who has it and what are we to pay for it. But this poll seeks more information; it also asks when do we want it. Remember that cost and revenue change over time.

The 3 civs with Construction are India, Germany and Russia. As soon as we trade with Russia and India, Germany get's it as well and both civs will accompany us into the Middle Ages. Germany and Russia will get a free tech. Therefore I limit this poll to Germany.

I've listed the best option (as I see it) in the poll, if you want a different trade, vote "different trade".

Of the options listed here, I am in favor of alternative 2.

As i argued in the discussion, I would monitor Russia's progress and trade before they learn polytheism. This poll seems to indicate, that this is too complicate for the demogame.

Waiting till after we learn republic on even are a republic IMHO will most likely void the trade opportunity, since the AIs learn and trade polytheism before that.

It is simply impossible to have discussions, polls and instructions perfectly clear formulated and legally sound to make this possible.

We have to settle for the "best alternative".

I say go for the gpt instead of the lump sum, because 26*20 is alot more than 62 or 68. But in the 1st alternative we get their WM.
