Official Forum of the City of Sanction
Welcome citizens to the city of Sanction! I, Mithridates, Lord Mayor, hereby dedicate this thread towards the free exposition and debate of the public affairs pertaining to the city. Matters both economic and military are to be freely discussed and argued. Opinions and ideas are encouraged. Be nice. Think.
Our city, Sanction, founded in 690 BCE, is yet but a very remote outpost, the second most distant from the capital (after Mure). We are settled on the banks of the great Sanctionite river, which one day shall irrigate our fields. We are fortunate to be in the foothills of the vast Russian Mountains (located in Russia, predominantly), which shield our blessed town from the evil South winds. With a population of two (hundred thousand) happy citizens, we are prospering, with an expected population increase in three turns. We are confident that Sanction shall one day rise a great metropolis, towering above all others, granting we aren't invaded by Russians or Germans.
As I am currently the only permanent resident, all Fanatica citizens are invited to participate in our democracy. I will maintain a citizen registry for the city, please inform me if you choose to live here.
As I have no immediate issues to put forth, I hereby announce the first issue to be the decision of the City Flag. Suggest ideas in this thread, keep flags under 40GB if you please, or they won't load onto my hard drive. The official flag shall be elected democratically before 23:59 GMT Friday.
