Modified Snoopy's floodplains to add Escarpment.

Here are three versions of floodplains that I have added the escarpment to. They both work with Snoopy's regular terrain.

The download in Post #1 is the newest one based on Firaxis' original Floodplains.

The download in Post #2 is an older one based on Snoopy's Floodplains.

New June 29, 2005 Post #21 has version that is 30% deeper. preview and download

Seeing GRM7584's Canyons inspired me to take a another look at my escarpment. Originally these were going to be canyons, but decided that since they weren't impassible I would settle for a ravine or an escarpment.

I am playing with making them a little deeper, this preview is 30% deeper than my orignal.

I was looking to combine mine and GRM7584's but, have not come up with a good merge yet.

Comments/feedback please.

Those look really good! Definitely will replace my epic game flood plains with em (since canyons are a bit silly for that).

I probably should have saved mine before I went through and made the canyon floor more bland...it actually looked pretty decent with just the flood plains as the floor, but I was deleting as I went. Didn't even occur to me.
