This is my first map and as such it is of my home country. It is also extremely large and it is designed to require a bit of conflict.

I'm not sure how this will play through in difficulty levels higher than warlord, would someone mind testing that?

I don't really find Indo-Australian maps interesting as Civ doesn't feature Australian civs!

Beautiful map, Well done.
Ive been hoping someone would produce a map of godzone.

Cant wait to play with it.

I Will need to find some Maori Leaderheads for this one.

Its a pity that sovereign doesnt didnt realise that this map does not include the West Island, and therefore an Australian Civ isnt need in this map.

I have a quest, a OFF TOPIC quest: do u all thing it is a good idea launch a New Zeland civ, with 3D animated leaderhead, civilopedia, fully icons, unique unit...
I think build a Australian civ too, but I don't know if someone has launched it before.

what do u think???

There are plenty of pacific civs in my mod . Now that I'm done self-promoting, the map does look very good.

I agree, but what side of New Zealand, you could have two unique units, one for Maroi say a warrior and then one for th pakeha being the ANZAC infantry, or NZ Peacekeeper?

I like the map and Furius, I orginally come from Ashburton, but spent most of my life in Blenheim, and now i'm Aussie (dont ask) so i can relate to the map, do you have maps of your map + australia or are there any round lie that, coz i want to start a "harry turtledove" scenario that i have create and nearly wro a book on.

Any ideas?

I am quite certain that there was one, well, there is a really big Oz map here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=59273&page=1 but it dosen't have New Zealand in it. I would have sworn there was an Australasia map but I can't find it. I might look into making one.

Well, OK. How big do you want it to be and how much do you want the map to include? Do you want resources placed, or not?
