TML3 adds 6 civilizations, 10 technologies, 20 units, 4 resources, 2
governments, 6 improvements and 17 wonders.

did you try again ? There's nothing wrong with the link itself.

I'm not sure, but I heard that some browsers other than Internet Explorer can not read .rar files. Maybe that's the case ?
 
no, sorry, dunno.

Did you update to the latest version of Netscape ?
Did you try to download several times, at several moments of the day, but with the same result ?
Can you download it, but then it doesn't work, or can you just not download at all ?

Try Opera maybe (from download.com)
 
ive been playing it for a while now, its great! though maybe having a UU with no up keep it a little much, has this been tested, there is a
unit limit in the game
