World 2000

Well its the modern world to day you can play as all the major civs you decide the fate of thw world i like to hear what people have to say updates will be out
 
I haven't played yet, but judging by the map, it looks pretty good, but the area where Finland should be is controlled by Russia, instead of Scandinavia. Is this a modern-day or WWII scenario, because in the scenario properties it says it is 1941, during WWII. Also, what year does this scenario start? 2000, right?
 
Yes its a modern world 2000 scn. I started to make a ww2 but changed my mind hav way through. I'll fix that. so findland should be with russia. I'll look into it
 
I've finally gotten around to playing the map and it's very well done. I always appreciate a good modern-day map.

*Replaced troops to repersent world powers
*Update starting money to repersent nations wealth
*Updated Starting Techs
*Changed starting date to April 2004
*Put Iraq under U.S. Control
*Added calvery units to China because they still have them
*Made Calvery only buildable by China
*Removed not needed Units
*Germany Includes Poland and Czech Republic
*Some City sizes incresed
*Added oil to Middle East
*Russian and American boarders fixed
*Placed Troops Between Pakistan and India tp repersent their conflict
*Placed troop in DMZ Zone on the North and South Korean boarder

It's looking for Art/flics/greece

Any ideas? I'd love to play this, as there aren't many good modern day scenarios out there, and (judging from my peek in the editor) this looks promising.
 
issue, i did everything you said and when i'm about to choose my civ i get an error about art flic north korea, something along those lines...
 
Try editing all the updates into the orginial post, it makes it less confusing ;)
Anyways, I'll download and give it a try now:)
 
Russia looks a little like the soviet union so take away minsk and kiew riga to add more realism

Otherwise in the editor it looks great this would help out alot time when i need the world for a scen would that be ok if i used it? Just the map with cities
 
A french sardinia??? :( U really can?

For this scenario, I suggest you abput using smaller and more accurate maps; make mor civs for the "southern world" and make an unique EU civ; with Bebro's Eurofighter as UU.
