A very few people may have read the Belgariad and the Mallorean by David Eddings (If you haven't you should :D ). This is a map of them. It is 139x87 and made with Conquests editor.
Also I changed the names, city lists and leaders of the civs to fit (but the civilopeadia, etcetera are still the same). You can change them back by going to restore default rules and clicking on it.
I also made it possible to build cities on mountains so if you change the rules back to default some civs will encounter problems.

Thank you very much whoever made this scenario. I've read the tales about belgarion and about mallorea and I've always fantazaside playing it in civ. I once made a similiar map scenario on Heroes of might and magic 3.

Very nice. Have any plans in making the maps of the Elenium and Tamuli? Or maybe the map from the Redemption of Althalus?

I haven't been able to start the Elenium yet. As soon as get around to it (And I will) I'll make a map of it.

Maybe I am Civ illiterate but do I download the map onto civ4, public maps, and then find it when I am in Civ or what? Please help, I love the series, I want to play it on civ depserately. Thanks.

Welcome to Civ3.;)

You download the map into Civilization 3/Conquests/Scenerios, and extract.
Did you REALLY have to bump this thread? You could have sent a PM to someone, or asked how to download a mpa or scenerio in the main C&C forum.

I am new to this forum, and new to posting things online in general, so I apologize if I'm doing something wrong or annoying...from an earlier post on this thread, I know that this thread may be old, but I need to know how to increase this map's size (or even if that is possible) to allow larger playable area for the western kingdoms, most notably Cherek, Algaria, Riva, and Arendia. If it is possible please let me know.

First, using Steph's Editor, it is possible to expand the map in all directions, to the extent that you do not exceed the limits of the game, which is 362 X 362, if I remember correctly. However, that only adds additional tiles, it does not enlarge the map to say 280 X 176, which would double it in size.

Your best bet would be print out the complete map, with map grid lines included. and then using that as a template, create a larger map. If you double it in size, then each diamond tile on your print out would equate to 4 tiles in the larger map. It would be a bit tedious, but I suspect that is the only way you will get what you want.
