Wonder: Stonehenge

Civilopedia: Nobody knows exactly why Stonehenge was built. The most accepted theory says it was built to astronomy studies (eclipses, lunar/solar events...) and/or to be a cemetery. Other people believe it was built to be a temple. It was started in pre historic times, but not concluded, maybe two other times of construction happened, all them among 3500 to 1100 b.C. Since the XIX century, engineers have done modifications in the stones positions to try put them in the original places or to preserve them against the time activities and vandals. The construction lies in present Wiltshire, England and it is a tourist attraction.

I really like the splash, it sort of makes you feel being there.

This already one of the temple graphics? I also made a stonehenge resource, so Stonehenge is pretty well covered in civ3.

Ukas, I checked minute ago your Stonehenge, it is really a good job, I didn't know that Stonehenge was built yet to Civ 3, if I'd know I had not built mine. Ukas, u did a good job! :goodjob:

Pounder, in the Mod "Tha last March of the Neanderthals", the power of this wonder is double research ouptut of its city, but you can choice the Stonehenge power when u install the wonder in your Civilization.

I only made the resource before. I think.

BTW, you should add some shadows, otherwise it kind of looks like its floating few meters above the ground. They don't usually have to be very precise, just some darker grass.

I have to add shadows in all my wonders, but and don't know how to do it in Poser software (when I render the images, the shadows desepeared

). I have to add these wonder to Conquest and make few modifications in the arts and civilopedia texts, that is good, I have a lot of things to do and it is my favourite hobby

The splash looks alittle wierd to me. It doesn't look like it is 3d and it doesn't match the background. However the sky looks great in the background :goodjob:

Man, first off all, the splash looks terrible. The mix of a bryce landskape and a poor model of stonehenge (its not even in the right angle, you can tell by looking at the texturing on the ground and horizon) was not very successful. Second, do a little research before you start your work, why make a wonder that is alredy done? third: why point out that it is free? do you think anyone in their right mind actually would put this in their mod, and if they did, do you think they would pay for this? jeez!
I'm not saying that you dont have talent, but you havent put enough work into this.

Do not post complains about my creations, just post suggestions where you think I can get better. I think none creators like to see complains, it is not a consumer callcenter, this is just a hobby, not work, if u have suggestion, post, never complain :nono:

The wonder needs work, I gonna do that as I can, if u do not like the wonder, advertasing material, myself, my English or anything that desagree u, simple, do not get this one.
