GPT deals after war ?

I liked the system under Alpha Centauri where you nhad to continue repaying your debts after war . This can add a new level to wartime diplomacy , like as in demanding a waiver on the rest of the payments after war in exchange for peace , or some such .

Yea, I like that idea. It would cut down on a lot of exploits of people giving the AI huge gpt payments then going to war.

yes indeed but then again thatz is so great... and you can do that only once so its not such a big problem
