We just had an 8+ hour very successful turnchat. Russia is gone. Babylon is gone. We built Smith's Trading and Newton's. We learned steam power and electricity.
But we have to strengthen our research power. Currently, we run about -200gpt to research fast. We can't finance this much longer.
With the war over, we should now switch to libraries and universities to strengthen our lead and get in shape for the (minor) wars with India and Germany and the great struggle with Persia.
Thus I propose the following immediate switches/builds (in sequence of science power in the cities):
Deux Riviere: university
Sanction: university
Montpellier: university
Huntington: market, university
Vo Mimbre: university
Santa Lucia: library, market, university
Mure: market, university
This will also help to strengthen our culture, which is still weaker than Persia or even Egypt.
Please discuss, I will create a poll later.
Edit/add: Groton builds university after iron works (done in 4 turns! terrific)
