closing

Hey guys, I'm an Civ veteran since Civ I - awesome game I have to say, good job. Here is my problem: the game is crashing in a late game phase, the save game is attached. I tried it 3 times, did choose different politics, but the result is always the same. Other topic: my game is installed...

when i close civ 6, the game kind of just stays open, without the ability to do any thing. it is entirely unresponsive, and i cant see other tabs. so what i have to do to close it is open task manager and just spam delete until the game (and everything else i had open) is closed. IDK why that...
