Honestly (and no offense meant for the other players) but I must say I hesitate between RJ and Misfit.
Of course I don't know/haven't played against most of the players so we might have some unknown challengers (which would be great !).

Me!!!! No, I'm joking! I have no idea, partly because I'm new to PBEMs and probably don't know much about playing against humans, and I don't know how good some of these players are. We'll see...

I would like to point out that Portuga beat me in a recent PBEM. (In all fairness he did beat me by a mere 35 VPs though.....)

I've also been beaten by absolute_sad (who is fortunately not in this tournament) and Eric_A gave me a serious run for my money......

If luck favours me, I'll face Portuga again.......

Second : Portuga has proved to be a very good and cunning player. However I remembered him saying he did not know this scenario much (which he confirmed above) which gives a slight chance to his opponents.

I know you probably didn't set it up as a "learning experience" kind of thing (with some of the veterans who are playing, surely) but MAN-OH-MAN am I learning a lot about this scenario. Thanks, muchly, for setting this up, LouLong (and allowing newbees to participate, even as sacrificial lambs). And thank, too, to Aeon - who is kicking my butt up and down the Pacific Ocean!
