GEng Hurry Production

I was poking about in Assets\XML\Units\CIV4UnitInfo.xml, and made a discovery which may have a couple potentially useful implications.

The elements iBaseHurry and iHurryMultiplier determine the number of hammers a Great Engineer contributes when rushing a wonder on normal speed. BaseHurry is the starting point (500 hammers); the HurryMultiplier is the number of hammers added per pop point in that city (20 hammers/pop point).

Tests run using the worldbuilder suggest that production bonuses (Industrious trait, buildings, materials) do not apply.

Implications:
1) It may be faster to use your engineer in a high pop/low production city than in a high production city.

2) It may be faster to wait a turn before using the Engineer if the city is about to grow.

Of course, with BaseHurry at 500 hammers, it's not going to matter where you burn the engineer until you get to the Medieval or Renaissance wonders.

(Edit: sigh. see also http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=148467)
