On a new game, with only the CAT mod activated (same issue occurs with all 4 mods activated as well), I am unable to choose production for my newly founded city.

I managed to fix the problem by adding closing braces (replacing a comma) where they were missing in the CEAI_FixTables.lua file on lines 214, 243, 272, 301, 330, and 359.
 
I can confirm the production build problem. I just subscribed through steam, started new game and can't build anything in newly founded city.

Had the same problem and I was just uploading my edited file. Apparently no longer necessary thanks to ninja-wolverine2112 :)
 
Just to let you all know. There isn't the necessity to post the same bug report here and GitHub. One or the other is fine. I and others frequent them both and keep track of them all.

On the matter of GitHub. You would've seen a "Syntax error fix" posted only a short time after the released version which fixed the error as reported here. Thus saving the hassle of posting a report and looking for solutions.:confused:

We have endeavoured to make the GitHub experience as a quick way of getting these sort of fixes out in the wild, thus eliminating the need for shared user fixes. Not that there is anything wrong with that. The purpose of having a single repository is just to have everyone on the same code base.

Steam however is another matter. Thal has released this version onto Steam, I fear however the syntax error also made it's way onto Steam.:(
 
Could someone confirm the location of this CEAI_FixTables.lua for me.

I moved the old file out from the search window so I don't know the location.

edit: Just wanted to make sure that you know that the link I gave you earlier was for the complete download of the MOD. There isn't any need to update the file after getting the new DL.

It was quite likely you didn't give GitHub a chance to refresh itself or you may have 'back arrowed' on your browser to get back to the Issue List. This will only go back in your browser history and not show your issue.

I did a ctrl+f5 (force refresh). I went back there and apparently it had a "Milestone and label issues" setting on which basically hid about 2/3 the tickets, including my own. Not sure if that's a setting I had or if its on your end. Very weird, never encountered that before (used github sparsely in the past, mostly for WoW addons).
