I wish there was a way to stop my workers from continuously trying to build roads out of my country to other's. It gets extremely annoying. Also, a question. Say I built a railway to another culture (like Britain, say), that connected to my cultures entire railway system. If I got into a war with them, would they be able to exploit the railways on their end by sending units directly into my country? Thanks.
