A couple of bugs December update

While hovering over the a city icon with a settler the city icon bit doesnt show up any info.

Half of the map seems to be silent now.
Theres no noises from gun fire or walking noises and no builder sounds when they improve something

I can add some more too.
1 - Try sending a governor to a city that is not on the first view - when you scroll down and get to the point where the list should scroll, it doesn't - you have to count how many down arrows used, see where it wants to go & repeatedly cancel until you get to the right location. It can be done, but oh boy is it tedious doing it.

It was for me, although I do confess I had not used the PS4 since the previous Babylon patch.
