Another Bug with automove? Game Crashes

I have 1.22, apparantly when I have my troops on automove if they run into an invisible unit like the Assasin, the game will ask me "This will start a war with the cordovans (master, excelency, leader, etc) then when it gets past the last salutation it crashes.
Hardware specs
Athalon 1600
Nvidia
Window XP

Apparantly if you have a stack of units automoving to a spot where an invisible unit is the game will crash.

Heres the save, just hit the space bar until the units start moving on their own CRASH

I don't get a crash after the last advisor message. The game just continues normally

I tried answering no to all, and nothing happened. Then I reloaded and answered yes, after which a swordsman defeated some invisible unit in a fortress, and the game went on, no more messages appeared.

Can anyone reproduce the crash?
