If yes, which site has a community and is hosting/organizing pitbosses nowadays? Because this forum doesn't look very active. I'm out of the loop for several years so I don't know where to look.
We're at http://www.civforum.de/forumdisplay.php?261-Civ4-Pitboss has still an active community, but it's a German community. (To avoid long, time-consuming messages, most game are without the diplomatic stuff and the language isn't too important.)
Currently, 5 games are running. One player search a replacement (difficult position; turn 89; world map), but no new game planned till other finishes.
