Anyone know how to archive Windows Exchange Server Mails

I have a Microsoft Exchange account for my employees. Due to COVID most of my employers have left their job. Now I need to archive the mails and contacts of those email accounts. I need an appropriate method to archive them. The data is of approx 250 GB.

What version of Exchange, please?

There's individual mailbox PST backups, in some versions of Exchange, if I recall correctly.

No need to worry. Now I guess I'm gonna buy the Mail Backup X tool. Currently I'm using it's trial version.
