Anyone know where i might find a working copy of a trainer for Civ5 BNW Version: 1.0.3.18

I have located a good one by "cheathappens" but its only a promo.... i love playing civilization normal.... but its fun to do a trainer game on diety every once in a while

Isn't the inbuild FireTuner and World Builder exactly that - a trainer? Just not from some shabby website but already build-in the game? Don't ask me how to activate them though, never bothered with these or stumbled upon a hint on how to do that. Your best bet probably is to go to the Modding subforums here and I'm kinda confident that there will be a sticky explaining it.

There's a mod called ingame editor, there's a thread about it somewhere on the forum with download link, otherwise there's always the ingame method.
I believe it's mainly used for cooking the maps but also allows things like changing the amount of cash, science or culture and even more advanced things like buildings or unit's.
