Bug, most probably mod related

So I believe this is the best place to post this.

Turns out every time I try to run a game with mods with the Random Map Type setting, I always end up in a Earth-like map without resources, which is particularly odd because Random setting is meant to precisely avoid Earth maps, so this has been annoying me to no end.

The Problem is, I have no idea what's causing it.

Does anyone have any clue on what may be happening here?
