I have some questions about specific Civ 5 mods, mainly regarding conflicts. Does anyone know if the Steam version of Ingame Editor wouldn't mix well with my very specific EUI setup? I got this version from Dushku's video description.
These are the mods in question that I'd like to use together:
EUI 128g + Neblets Diplomacy Mod + Info Addict w/ Dushku's Tweak "DLC" type mods.

(Plus one cosmetic mod for units here, more on that below)
I also would really love to run a R.E.D modpack or Just Ethnic Diversity skin for my game, but I've seen the Steam comments on those mods and it's mostly people saying those do have bugs or don't work because of how old the mods are. Any recommendations for an updated version of something like these two mods?
The big reason for me asking is so I can use the More Luxuries mod together with IGE to spawn in certain modded resources to have at the start of each new game. I've tried using "Really Advanced Setup" on Steam but it makes my game bog down and eventually crash. At least that's been my experience with it.
