Can't buy anything with gold or faith

Am I the only one who cannot buy anything with gold or faith with the new update of December 2020? I know before the update you just has to press L1 or R1 to do that but now I can't. Anyone?

I haven't had this problem but if you have the Queue option selected you can't buy anything.
