Can't do anything in forest tiles

Hi, I was trying to download Fall Further and I think I deleted some files (maybe the Civ4 DLL thing). The problem is that when one of my units are in a forest tile, I can't tell them to do anything. For example, lets say I have a settler in a forest I can't tell him to create a city or a scout in a forest I can't tell him to explore unless I move him out. So I uninstalled vanilla and BTS, but I guess that didn't fix it. Then I installed FFH 2 again without uninstalling it. Do you think that if I uninstalled FFH 2 it would fix it and if you do could you help me do that. I couldn't find the mod in the documents.

You should:

1. Delete the "C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Fall from Heaven 2 032" directory
2. Reinstall FallfromHeaven2032.exe (the full mod).
3. Reinstalled FfH2032d.exe (the patch).

That should get you back up and running.
