Can't play Mercurians?

Hi, I don't know the reason, but I can't play the Mercurian civ in single player.
When I create a new game, they just won't appear in the list.

I'm playing FFH with MagisterMod. Can anyone tell me the reason?

I've just tried to reinstall FFH2 and running it without Magister ModMod, but nothing. I still can't find "Basium" nor the "Mercurian" civ in the list.
Any idea?
