Can't upload Workshop mods

When trying to upload a new mod, the SDK mentions the following:

Attempting to upload Caliphate of Córdoba (BNW) (v1).civ5mod
Uploading Caliphate of Córdoba (BNW) (v1).civ5mod ...FAILED
Cleaning up cloud data
Cleanup failed

Do I just need to wait for a while and try again? Tried to verify the cache, didn't work. Reinstalling didn't do the trick either.

Any help is appreciated It works again, except for the above mod. Guess I need to rebuild the mod.

Are you usually successful when uploading mods to the Steam Workshop? Otherwise it could be because you have slow upload speed and the connection times out before the transfer is complete.

I got 45 workshop submissions, so yes I'm usually successful when uploading mods
And the message appears in less than a second or immediately. I think I will have to wait till it somehow fixes itself lol.
