I cannot trade with my caravans or cargo ships. Cannot figure out why. I met 4 city states and f civs and none will trade with me. Read every site on goggle and still no help. Can you help me please

Are you embargoed? Are city states embargoed?

are they in your range?
are you over trade route limit? (can happen if losing Petra/Colossus)
