While the general Hall of Fame is an ongoing competition, we are running a series of ten games called the Hall of Fame Challenge Series - "Fall of the Inca II". Standard Hall of Fame rules (*) still apply, but your best submission meeting the settings of one of the games will be counted towards the Challenge.

• Opponents: Must include America (Washington), England (Churchill), France (Napoleon), Japan (Tokugawa), Mali (Mansa Musa), Ottoman (Suleiman)
• Version: 3.19.004b
• Date: 10th September 2017 to 9th March 2018

Must not play as Inca.
The earliest finish date wins, with score as a tiebreaker.

A cultural game (so Buffy 3.19.004b is mandatory) with a bunch of opponents who don't bother that much about Culture (apart from Mansa).

Fippy, seems like an unbreakable 100/100 in the Challenge if you finish all 10 games

i did put a lot of effort into this one, never had such a strong culture start before.
Cursed Toku late for declaring on me lol, but was lucky that his stack was not too strong.
One of my L cities had to build units for a while thou, rather than shiny cathedrals.
