Changed Minimum Requirements for BNW?

on my secondary computer i had installed CIV5 G&K which working properly, then i have upgraded to BNW and cannot start game... I can start game, menu is also working, but when i choose game (new or load) game crash...

graphic is only NVIDIA NVS 3100M (but before it was OK for G&K), i7 CPU, 4GB RAM...

Maybe. I was able to play Vanilla just fine using i3 and just the motherboard's built in video. BNW is a different animal though. It really takes to long to load.

Maybe I'll try to play it again when I buy a new video card and additional RAM.
