changing governments

sorry bout this noobish question, but how do u change governments besides when u discover its technology, i see AI do it all the time and i cant seem to find the button to do it

if you click the select button (on the 360) a menu comes up. its on the list of options to change, it is also where you can switch the technology you are currently researching and a few other things.

Select button? Hmm...never tried that, good to know. The way I've been doing it is hitting the right bumper, which brings up all the leaders. Then I click on myself, and it gives a menu of all kinds of things to do, including changing government.

On that same screen, "City Report" is very useful for checking: where you are getting your production or culture or science from, and from that screen, you can hit "X" and pop right into a selected city.

Good for stuff like "where should I settle this Great Artist"?
