City not getting food, hammers etc from city tile after getting it with a trade deal.

In my game with the Maya's I lost a city to Sweden when he suddenly attacked me. Afterwards I managed to get it back with a peace deal. But the city didn't get the hammers, food and gold from the city tile.

I also experienced this. I got a city from Korea in a peace deal, and it was not growing (was at pop 2). The two population were only working enough tiles for 2 food total, and city tile was not contributing anything (even though it showed yield).

Still happening. This has been reported quite a few times: 2010, 2011, 2013, 2013 (again). It's obviously a very difficult bug to catch.
