I have no save, but here's what happened:
We start a game, large islands map, random leaders for some, some people picked heir heroes. I got a great starting position - I made a screenshot right at the start.
Between turn 2 and 3 (city states and barb turns), we get the loading screens again (happens in MP sometimes) and after that my city is teleported somewhere else (it's not in the starting location I saw, nor do I see it revealed). What's more, the city is in one place and the borders someplace completely separate - London itself was outside it's own borders by a large margin.
