I'm trying to play Civ 6 multiplayer for the first time, in a private game, Online Size with one other human opponent. I can get through the waiting room ok, but once the game opens the mouse starts to lag. Clicking seems ok, its just getting the mouse to move. Performance seemed to improve slightly when I reduced the screen resolution from 1600x900 to 1440x900, but still very much unplayable.
I'm operating on Windows 8.1 pro 64 bit with an i7 2.6 GHz processor and 12 Gb of RAM. My graphics card is the built in Intel HD Graphics 5500.
Anybody have an idea? Thanks!
