[BTS] Civ4 Call to War changes to Japan troops randomly

Playing as Russia and in middle of the game suddenly I am making Japanese troops at their battle levels not my countries troops. Even if I go back to a previously saved time in that same game it is now I can only make Japanese troops.

Are you sure that you have the correct name for the mod? I can find no download, thread, or post using that name anywhere in the forums, except yours here and in the mod bugs forum. Also, you are looking for help on a Civ IV mod, not V or VI??
