Civilization 5 tile receive mod

I'm playing in Civ5 + community patch and there is one thing in the game that I miss. I want to get two tiles of adjoining city terrain and I dont need all city. Is the only option to use great general? Is there a mod, that make possible to receive tiles of city in peace negotation?
