Combining Mods question. (BTS earth map + custom civs)

Hi guys. My first post here. I have a question:

I love the 34 civs earth mod for BTS, but I want to use a custom civ with it. Is that possible? For example can I replace the native american civ with the custom mohicans civ? I cant run two mods at once when I load one it ends the other. Is there some way I can do this?

I'm not a expert, and I'm looking to do this to, but you'd likely have to merge the mods (No idea how, though try Creation and Customization forum for more) then head into the worldbuilder save for the map, right-click, open with notepad(or another text editor) and replace the native americans with the mohicans. A little fiddling around will help, but its great when you finally get it solved.
