I'm unable to run Civ5 on my PC, despite the fact that it used to run on the same machine without any trouble. I haven't changed any system configurations or hardware, except to replace a broken keyboard; and I've tried reinstalling both Steam and Civ5 from scratch. So far, all that happens is an attempt to load the game (the splash screen with "Loading" and a classical soundtrack) followed by a CTD.
The problem clearly isn't mod-related, since the game doesn't even get far enough to select mods (even the EUI was removed when I did a clean reinstall). Which logs/other files do I check to figure out the source of this crash?
EDIT #1: attaching .rar files of my logs and crash-dump data.
EDIT #2: Tech specs if you need them -- Win10 Home (64-bit) on a Dell Inspiron 3847, 3.5 GHz Intel Core processor, 8 GB of RAM.
