In recent game I achieved Level 2. Starting traits are Spiritual I, Humanitarian I, Hunter-Gatherer I.
After achieving of Level 1 I have chosen Expansive I. After achieving of Level 1 I have chosen Pragmatic I.
Now I see that my leader is Spiritual I, Humanitarian I, Expansive I, Hunter-Gatherer I.
And I do not see any impact of Pragmatic I on my civilization.
Pragmatic I went into cosmos.
Is it normal, or bug?
