DG3 Info Gathering - World Type

This is an informational poll for Demogame III (DG3). We will allow the info polls to remain up for several days so we have a basis for discussion of what particulars to use in DG3.

This particular poll is for World Type. Please select all of the options you are comfortable with.

(Random selections are possible for options where "random" does not appear in the game. A random number generator would be used to figure the option that would be specified at game creation.)

Random is the more "realistic" approach as it keeps us honest in the early game. Of course, I must admit that after two straight Pangaea maps, I wish there was an option for "Random - but no Pangaea".

I choose Continents... we should realy learn and show off our naval skillz.

It's time to give ourselves a challenge. Archipelago and continent should give us a chance to show off all our skills and not just our military might.

Continents, although I wonder if the AI has better naval skills on an Archipelago. It would be refreshing to fight off an AI naval threat just once.
