Civilopedia says"+2 Gold from each adjacent river tile." but it does seem to be a max of one bonus regardless of how many sides of the tile have river.
I'm not sure about a Commercial Hub that is built between two independent rivers.
Thanks for pointing this out. I'll add a note or other clarification to the next update. (Not sure when that will be.)
